Kids Cook at School offers
unique programs promoting healthy eating, cooking skills
and active living in a fun and inclusive environment. This
healthy living initiative engages the student and their
family in healthy eating and physical fitness ... its lots
of fun for everyone!
It has been proven good nutrition and physical activity
supports academics, athletics and overall good health. That is
why our program highlights healthy food choices and active play
in each class.
Cooking is a skill that helps children to read, do math and
organize their work logically. This academic year, spend more
time with your children in the kitchen, and teach them how to
cook easy recipes for children. And also have fun spending time
with kids.
